Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that drive business growth
- Generate original ideas and initiatives to expand our client base and improve departmental performance
Implement data-driven practices to derive insights and make informed decisions- Develop strategies for client retention and loyalty
Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their long-term satisfaction
- Analyze departmental data to identify areas for process optimization
Streamline department protocols and workflows for enhanced efficiency
3-5 years experience in sales, operations, marketing, customer success, or related fields- Proven leadership experience
Strong client management skills
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Strategic thinker with a visionary mindset- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Great communication, presentation, and people skills
Solutions-oriented, proactive, and has initiative- Familiarity with UTAK or POS systems and fintech industry trends is a plus
