Identify and assess customers needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using scripts and procedures.- know the company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries during training period.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
Willing to attend interview at Ortigas (for Face to Face Interview only).
- Must have at least 6 Months BPO Voice International Experience
Amenable to working onsite- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
18 years old and above
- At least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate
At least Conversant in English / Basic English- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
