Job Title: 3D Animator- Job Description: We are seeking a talented 3D Animator to join our creative team. As a 3D Animator, you will be responsible for creating captivating and lifelike animations for a variety of projects, including video games, films, commercials, and other media. Using industry-standard software and techniques, you will collaborate closely with our team of artists, designers, and directors to bring characters, environments, and visual effects to life. Your attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet project deadlines will be critical to your success in this role.
Create high-quality animations for characters, creatures, objects, and environments.- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
Use animation software (such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max) to rig characters and objects for animation.
- Apply animation principles to ensure realistic movement, timing, and expression.
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to animation and rigging.- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and workflows.
Proven experience as a 3D Animator or similar role in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in animation software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, etc.) and related tools.
Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, posing, and storytelling.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to take direction and feedback from supervisors and clients.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating a range of animation styles and techniques.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in character rigging and skinning.
Knowledge of motion capture techniques and software.- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python, MEL, etc.) for automation and workflow improvement.
