We are looking for a highly skilled 2D Illustrator with a background in casual game projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, capable of adapting to various art styles, and possess strong communication and time management abilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strong understanding of stylized art styles
Deep knowledge of the technicalities of the 2D pipeline
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to easily adapt to different art styles
Strong foundation in traditional art principles
Adaptability to popular 2D digital mediums
Ability to visualize, sketch, create concept art, and illustrate ideas provided by clients
Strong understanding of human and creature anatomy
Excellent communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Ability to follow strict deadlines and internal processes
Motivation and comfort with repetitive tasks
Initiative to self-coach and validate work
Requirements
Experience working in casual game companies (2+ years is preferable).
A portfolio showcasing works in a casual game style.
High skills in rendering, compositing, and drawing with the ability to redesign existing elements and characters from the game.
Good communication skills in English.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
