Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring successful collaboration and engagement
- Manage influencer commissions, including tracking performance, processing payments, and resolving any related issues
Influencer Outreach and Recruitment:
- Identify, research, and reach out to hundreds or thousands of influencers and content creators across various platforms
- Enroll influencers into our affiliate program, providing them with the necessary information and support to promote our brand effectively
Affiliate Program Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for the affiliate program
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, addressing their inquiries and helping them maximize their impact
Campaign Execution:
- Coordinate with influencers to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on key metrics related to influencer performance and affiliate program success
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and objectives
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content for influencer campaigns
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or a related role.
Strong ability to identify and engage influencers and content creators.
Experience managing commissions and performance tracking for influencers.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle large-scale outreach efforts.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools to manage relationships and track performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
Experience with affiliate marketing programs and influencer recruitment strategies.
Previous experience in a high-growth digital marketing environment.
Experience with Social Snowball, Loud Crowd or any same platform.
