We are a pond and lake contractor specializing in construction, maintenance, and dredging of waterways throughout the southeast. We are a small niche business focused on HOAs, private landowners, government work and more.
About the Job:
This role integrates customer service, lead generation, sales, and marketing to drive growth and build relationships. The individual will manage inbound inquiries, address customer questions, and proactively seek new business opportunities. Strong communication skills are essential for balancing customer support with lead generation and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by responding to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Address customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through both inbound channels and proactive outreach. Research and target potential clients using a variety of tools.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that drive interest and engagement
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with client proposals, product presentations, and follow-up communications to close deals
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on lead generation, sales performance, and customer service metrics. Use data to refine outreach strategies and improve results
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs, continuous improvement, and a cohesive client experience
