Job Title: TikTok E-Commerce Media Buyer

Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven TikTok E-Commerce Media Buyer to lead our advertising efforts on the TikTok platform. This role requires a deep understanding of TikTok's unique culture, trends, and advertising capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions on TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute TikTok advertising strategies that align with the company's brand goals and target audience
- Ad Buying: Manage the full cycle of media buying on TikTok, including budgeting, bidding, and optimizing ad placements to maximize ROI
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging, on-trend video content that resonates with TikTok users
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance using TikTok's analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve outcomes
- Audience Targeting: Leverage TikTok's advanced targeting options to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and new features to keep campaigns relevant and effective
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements, including creatives, copy, and targeting, to identify the best-performing combinations
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring the best possible returns while staying within allocated limits
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the marketing team, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in media buying, with a focus on TikTok or similar social media platforms
- Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of TikTok's advertising platform, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and analytics
- Creative Mindset: Ability to generate and collaborate on creative ideas that resonate with TikTok's unique audience
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance data
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes in the digital landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and working with content creators on TikTok
- Understanding of e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) business models
- Experience in fashion or apparel industry marketing
