Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and articulate Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in a warm, personable manner. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for spa services
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate client records and update appointment schedules
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and solicit feedback on services
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role
- Great Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Not Robotic: Ability to engage with clients in a warm, friendly, and personable manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
