Job Responsibility:- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail or food business environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
