Pay Range: 2,000 - 2,500 USD/month

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning pipelines that support the training and deployment of AI models.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to understand requirements and implement AI solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and user interaction.
- Work with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability for model training.
- Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to enhance our capabilities continually.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with Azure ML services and cloud infrastructure for deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
- Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle management and ML pipeline tools such as MLflow and Kubeflow.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience in AI engineering or full-stack development roles.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
