We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Support / Digital Coordinator to manage and enhance our online store operations and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our brand online and driving sales through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Online Store Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate Digital Marketing Efforts
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, project management tasks with Asana, and social media planning via Planoly.
Monitor And Analyze Performance
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital strategies and drive sales growth.
Maintain Product Listings
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing to maximize sales potential.
Collaborate With Teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce and digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in e-commerce support, digital coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo (email marketing), Asana (project management), and Planoly (social media planning).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Familiarity with beauty or lifestyle products preferred but not required.
