Answer: Promoting a positive work culture within a team involves many steps, according to me. Leading by example, ensuring open communication, and appreciating the input of various team members are essential to promote a positive work culture.

Encouraging feedback and promoting the work-life balance of your team members is equally as essential to have positive and motivated team members. 

20. How Do You Handle Competing Priorities and Manage Time Effectively?

Answer: Delegation of tasks and evaluation of resources available to complete the tasks with competing priorities is important to be efficient.
