Challenges Ahead: Logistics, IT, Telecom/ISP, Advertising, and BFSI sectors saw declines, with Logistics facing the steepest drop at 18% YoY.

Growing Roles: Customer Service roles surged by 18% YoY, while Healthcare roles also saw an increase.
