Terms and Conditions
  1. This contest is open only to Indian, Singaporean, Malaysian, Filipino Citizens and Permanent Residents residing in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines above the age of majority.
  2. The contest will end on 31st October 2024, 23:59 hours.
  3. foundit reserves the right to revise the Contest Period at any time without prior notification. All entries received after the closing date will be disqualified.
  4. By participating, you agree that the information provided to foundit is 100% accurate, complete and consents to the personal information they submit with their entry.
  5. Each foundit user account is entitled to only One Chance to win the prize. In the event of repeated submissions, duplicates will be removed except for one.
  6. Participants registering after August 7, 2024, must apply for a job on foundit within 7 days of registering on foundit and by October 31, 2024.
  7. Participants who have registered before August 7, 2024 must apply for a job on foundit between August 7, 2024, and October 31, 2024.
  8. Participants can share their story of getting hired through foundit on their social media handle, Instagram/LinkedIn by uploading a post and tagging foundit and using the hashtag [#founditonfoundit] for an added chance to become a Mega Winner.
  9. For the prizes, there will be 3 mega winners, 1 per country, who will receive an Apple MacBook Air. The other winners will win exciting prizes.
  10. foundit reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of a similar value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are neither refundable nor transferable, and will not be exchanged for cash.
  11. You will be required to take photos and participate in a short video byte during prize collection. By participating in this contest, you grant foundit permission to use your photo, video and testimonial for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
  12. There will be upto 200 winners, selected randomly based on the fulfilment of contest criterions. foundit’s decision is final.
  13. foundit will be announcing 2-5 winners on a weekly basis and the mega winners will be announced post the commencement of the contest.
  14. foundit will notify the winners on or before 30 November 2024.
  15. The winners will be notified by social media posts on foundit’s social media pages and through emails on the registered email address on foundit. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, foundit reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and decide if a replacement winner should be selected at its sole discretion.
  16. foundit reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed Prize in any manner it deems fit.
  17. All claims, disputes and differences in any manner relating to the contest and/or the prizes would be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
  18. foundit is not responsible for contest disruptions due to technical issues or fraud. foundit is not liable for technical problems or issues affecting participation.
  19. foundit reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  20. foundit’s decision on all matters relating to the contest shall be final.
